Designing and Building Private Residences in Dubai
LKYOOB is a multidisciplinary design studio in Jumeirah, Dubai. We design and deliver bespoke private residences through a fully integrated design and build model, with architecture, interiors, engineering, and delivery held under one point of control.

The practice is registered with Dubai Municipality as an engineering consultancy, in the name KYOOB ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY L.L.C, with Construction Engineering Services and Architectural Design Consultancy classified to G+4, so it designs and lodges its own permit applications. It was founded by Moosa Swaidan. Design is led by Design Director Mahra Al Ramlawi, architecture by Head of Architecture Halit Haşimoğlu, and delivery by Head of Delivery Operations Mohammed Abdullah.
