Grace Villa is a villa interior design study in Al Khawaneej, the UAE by LKYOOB, an architecture and engineering company in Dubai. The images on this page are design visualisations, rendered from the studio's drawings before construction. They are not photographs of a finished building.
The brief runs to 19,500 sq ft of built-up area. Eight bedrooms, a formal living room, a dining hall, a home gym, a private cinema, a rooftop pantry, a guard room, a powder room, staff accommodation and a laundry.
White walls, fluted panels, pale terrazzo floors and light marble set the tone through the family living room, the kitchen and the formal living room, with black frames and fittings as the only contrast.
A dressing room with a lit vanity, the master bedroom and its bathroom, a guest bedroom and a powder room are drawn in the same reduced palette.
