Terms and Conditions

The website describes the studio, its services and its work for general information. It is not professional advice for any particular project, and it is not an offer or a quotation.

Any commission is governed only by a written agreement signed with the studio.

Project pages show completed work, work in progress and design visualisations. A visualisation shows a design intention, and a finished building may differ from it.

Areas, room counts and other project details are given in good faith from the studio's records.

The text, drawings, photographs and visualisations on this website, and the LKYOOB name and logo, belong to LKYOOB or are used with permission.

You may view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, download, reproduce, publish or adapt any image, drawing or design from it without the studio's written permission.

Links to other websites, such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Maps or WhatsApp, are there for convenience. Those websites have their own terms, and LKYOOB is not responsible for their content.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions.

To the extent the law allows, LKYOOB is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the website or from reliance on its content.

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms. The version that applies is always the one published on this page.
