• When you send the enquiry form: your name and phone number and, if you give them, your email address, the kind of project and your message.
• With the form, a short note of how you found us: the website or link that brought you here, the first page you opened and the date of that visit. The note is kept in your own browser and is sent only if you send the form.
• When you call, email or message us on WhatsApp: whatever you choose to send. WhatsApp is run by WhatsApp LLC under its own privacy policy.
• When you browse, and only if you accept analytics cookies: how the site is used, such as the pages you open, clicks and scrolling, and the type of device and browser. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity collect this for us.
• When any page loads: the connection details every website receives, such as your IP address, which our hosting provider uses to deliver the page and protect the site. The enquiry form uses your IP address briefly to stop repeated submissions; it is not stored with your enquiry.

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
• To understand which pages and channels bring enquiries, so we can improve the website.
• To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

• Necessary, always on: your cookie choice, the note of how you found us, and a marker that the opening animation has already played during this visit. These stay in your browser.
• Analytics, only with your consent: Google Analytics, provided by Google, and Microsoft Clarity, provided by Microsoft. Until you accept, Google Analytics sets no cookies and Clarity does not load at all.

• Google, where enquiries are recorded (Google Workspace), and which provides Google Analytics.
• Brevo, which sends the studio an email notice of each enquiry.
• Microsoft, which provides Clarity, only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Vercel, which hosts the website.

These providers may process data outside the United Arab Emirates, under their own safeguards. We share your information with no one else unless the law requires it.

Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your project and keep proper business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Analytics data is kept by Google and Microsoft for the periods their services set.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to analytics at any time. Write to info@lkyoob.com and we will reply as soon as we can.

The website is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
